Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as specified during the subscription process. You authorize Us to charge Your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until You cancel Your subscription.
You may cancel Your subscription at any time by contacting Us. If You cancel Your subscription, You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of Your current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Feedback and Suggestions
If You provide the Company with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service (“Feedback”), You hereby assign to the Company all rights in such Feedback and agree that the Company shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service).
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Waiver

Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
