Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will continue to have full access to the paid features of Mnemosphere until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be billed to your account.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new users of Mnemosphere to ensure you can evaluate our platform risk-free.
- Eligibility: To receive a full refund, you must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase (i.e., your very first payment).
- Subsequent Renewals: The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee, as you are free to cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date to prevent future charges.
3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
Generally, all charges after the initial 14-day period are non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
